Most days i spend the day smiling and living in my own fantasy bubble. Waltzing around and that is my happy place its where i am being me with no apologies
Other days i just wake up unhappy without warning It gets to a point when all the alarms in your head keep going off. One after the other and you just have to explode to be ok and it's just because we carry a lot with us and when it all catches up its like a ticking time bomb.
Sometimes a simple task or a sudden memory can trigger an emotional outburst of tears which makes you wonder what is wrong with me?and No i am not PMSing.
As I began writing this post I searched for related quotes and Google had me laughing endlessly.
The first one that caught my eye was "only two things can change a woman's moods.I LOVE YOU and a 50% discount sale."
In all honesty depends on the situation but it can also add fuel to the fire. I.e so if you love me why did ..... and their is never a right answer when a woman is mad .So just stay clear and stick to I'm sorry to be on the safe side.
A 50% sale hahaha always is good to buy new stuff but when your mad or sad and go a little too far and wake up the next morning looking through yesterday's receipts. Those 999's keep adding up to thousands and you want to kill someone. Yep that discount didn't help just made things worse.
The next one that caught my eye was "some people have mood swings others have mood theme parks."
when the reality is a woman's life is like a theme park the first few days shes happy the next shes excited the last she is agitated
An estimated 85 percent of women experience at least one symptom of PMS per month,(premenstrual syndrome)
During this time Follicle-stimulating hormone, or FSH, is secreted,
stimulating the production of follicles in the ovaries that contain eggs.
This is more likely to be your “happy” time of the month.
“It may just be in contrast to the second part of the month,”
During a woman’s ovulatory phase, a substance called
luteinizing hormone increases.
This hormone prompts the release of an egg from the ovaries
into the fallopian tubes for fertilization. Estradiol is present in significant
quantities around the time of ovulation, and it can interact with other
hormones to increase your libido.
“Estradiol makes insulin more effective,Then the insulin tells the body to release more testosterone, and
testosterone is one of the hormones that regulate sex drive.” Some experts
surmise that this may be nature’s way of encouraging women to have sex during
their most fertile time.may have a greater tolerance to pain too. You might
also be more likely to buy clothes, makeup, and other items to help yourself
feel more attractive,
After ovulation, the empty follicle that once contained the
egg begins to secrete the hormone progesterone to thicken the lining of the
uterus and prepare it for the possible implantation of an embryo.
As progesterone levels rise, you may begin to feel moodier.
This happens because progesterone helps the body make cortisol, a hormone that
tends to be higher in people who are stressed. If cortisol levels are already
elevated because of outside factors, like a busy workweek, the progesterone can
cause an excess of cortisol in the body. “If I’m already doing something to
give myself high cortisol levels, by the time I get to the second half of my
cycle, I’m going to be irritable,The “yucky” feelings that come in the days
before your period might have you looking like a creature.
In conclusion from all the quotes I've read it's evident that a woman's moods can shift real quick and at the end of the day it's better to be on a woman's good side so don't start up something you are not prepared to finish.
